Rebirth in the woods: forest bathing on the Plateau
In the quiet heart of the forests that embrace the Altopiano dei Sette Comuni, you can enjoy a truly restorative and profound experience: forest bathing, inspired by the Japanese practice of shinrin-yoku. This is not just a simple walk in the woods, but a guided sensory journey through nature, inviting you to slow down, listen, breathe deeply, and let yourself be wrapped in the energy of the trees. Led by Giorgio De Guio, an expert with deep knowledge of the Plateau’s forests, you’ll have the opportunity to reconnect with your inner balance and well-being, spending a few hours among spruces and beeches. Being in contact with nature stimulates the body and calms the mind, naturally helping to relieve stress and restore your sense of centeredness.
Sports & Excitement

Experience the Plateau by bike
The Plateau, with its dirt roads dating back to World War I, is ideal for various styles of cycling, from cross country to downhill. With marked paths and several trails, short excursions or multi-day adventures are possible. The 260-km-long "Grand Tour of the Plateau" crosses the area, starting and ending in Asiago. In addition, using the Melette and Verena chairlifts, it is possible to reach the heights with mountain bikes. There is the opportunity to ride downhill along the same green slopes that, in winter, turn into spectacular ski slopes!
Fly over the Plateau: tandem paragliding
Would you like to see the Altopiano dei Sette Comuni (Seven Municipalities Plateau) from a truly unique perspective? Feel the thrill of tandem paragliding with a certified pilot, taking off from the “flight field” in Asiago, just a few minutes from the campsite. From May to November, you can fly over breathtaking sights such as the Roana Bridge, the Val d'Assa, the Giant Yellow Bench, the Cima Ekar Observatory, Gallio, the Forte Interrotto, and, of course, the Camping Village Ekar Asiago, all captured on Go-Pro photos and videos. A high-altitude experience filled with adrenaline and wonder.
The experience lasts about an hour and operates every day of the year (weather permitting).
Thrills on two wheels
Are you a motocross enthusiast? Then you should know that a short distance from the center of Asiago, in Sasso, a new circuit designed for riders like you has been created. The area is surrounded by trees and woods, an ideal place to practice motocross without disturbing.
For motorcycle trial fans, Trial Park Asiago Sette Comuni is the perfect destination to test yourself on adrenaline-pumping trails.
